I’m Lauren, a pastry chef from Amsterdam with a passion for creating unforgettable cakes. After graduating from Le Cordon Bleu London in 2015, I began my cake journey with Life of Pie in Amsterdam, and now I’m thrilled to bring Casa de Pastel to life here in Barcelona.

At our Barcelona cake studio, we craft cakes for every occasion—from birthdays and baby showers to kids' parties and weddings. With our custom cake options, you can personalize your cake to perfectly match your celebration, and we’ll handle the rest. We also offer our popular Bento Cakes—adorable mini cakes that are beautifully designed and ideal for small celebrations or gifting.

For those who want to get hands-on with cake-making, we offer physical cake workshops in our studio, where you can learn decorating techniques and create your own beautiful cakes.
