Q: How do I place my order online?
A: Orders are placed on our secure online shop with credit card payment / PayPal or fill out our form and choose your preferred cake style, size, flavor and other information and we will look after the rest

You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been processed.

Q: Can I pick up my cake from your cake studio?
A: Yes, every cake has to be picked up from our Poble Nou studio in Barcelona. Unless you would like to use our delivery service, in which case we will contact you for an appointment regarding your delivery.

Q: Can my cake be delivered?
A: If you would like your cake to be delivered, please let us know in your order. According to your postal code, we will charge you an extra delivery fee. 

Q: Can I change my order once it’s been placed?
A: Yes, we can change any order if notice is given 72 hours before your pick-up or delivery date.  

Simply email us your order confirmation number and what you would like to change. We will confirm all updated orders via email. 

Q: What is your cancellation policy?
A: Cake can be cancelled with a full refund 7 days in advance. 

Q: How far in advance should I place my order?
A: All of our cakes are custom made and take some time to make. To make sure we have time for your custom cake, please place your order as soon as you can! 

Q: I've left my cake to the last minute and the website says you are already booked out! Is there any chance you can squeeze my order in? 
A: We might be able to!  Call us to see if we can help!

Q: Can you write a personalized message on my cake? 
A: Yes, we totally can! However, we can't write on your cake ánd pack it with sweets. The cake with a written message will have a piped buttercream border with sprinkles in the style of your cake. 

Q: I've seen a cake on your Instagram feed that I really like. Can you make something similar?
A: Sure! Please let us know your wishes and add the pictures of cakes that you like to your order and we will do our best to make something similar!

Q:  Can you copy a picture from another cake maker?
A: We don’t really like copycats, but we can always get inspiration from other cake makers. Please upload pictures of cakes that you like and we will try to work with them. 

 Q: Do you make Vegan or Gluten Free Cakes?
A: Currently not, but please keep an eye out on our Instagram page or website: we are testing vegan recipes!

Q: How to I store my cake?
A: Once you have picked up your cake, please store it in the fridge as soon as possible. Please note that all cakes are made with buttercream. Buttercream does not like heat so much. So especially on warm days take extra care of your cake.

Q: Is everything on my cake edible?
A: Usually it is, but we also work with non edible flowers, decoration skewers and toys. Please ask us if there is something on your cake that you can not eat.

Q: How long can I keep my cake?
A: About 3-4 days after pickup. Once you have cut the cake, it’s best to place it back into the box into the fridge to keep as much of the air out as possible. This prevents your cake from turning dry. 

Q: I have leftovers, can I keep them?
A: Yes! You can wrap the leftovers in clingfilm and keep them in the freezer for up to 3 months. 

Q: I don’t see any workshops online, when will the next one be?
A: We are always working hard to create new workshops, so please keep an eye out on our instagram or website since we will post new workshops soon. You can leave your email address and we will send you a newsletter with all our new events & cake updates!

Q: Can I cancel my bento cake workshop?

  1. Ticket Sales:

    • All ticket sales are final and non-refundable.
    • We do not offer refunds for any reason, including changes in your schedule or personal conflicts.

  2. Refund Conditions:

    • Cancellations made 72 hours or more in advance will receive a 100% refund.
    • Cancellations within 48 hours of the workshop will be refunded 50% of the paid amount.
    • No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 48 hours before the workshop.

  3. Ticket Transfers:

    • If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your ticket to a friend. Please inform us in advance with the new attendee's name and contact information.

  4. Workshop Cancellation by Us:

    • We reserve the right to cancel the workshop at any time due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, full refunds will be issued.
